Pricing & Plans

The free trial includes:

  • Full access to all Breez Pro features
  • High precision microphone set (shipped to you)
  • Unlimited recordings and transcriptions
  • Email and chat support
  • No credit card required to start

After 30 days, you'll be billed £100/seat/month unless you cancel.

Each "seat" is one user account with their own login credentials and microphone. For example:

  • 1 seat (£100/month): Solo practitioner
  • 3 seats (£300/month): Practice with 3 dentists
  • 10 seats (£1,000/month): Large practice with multiple practitioners

Each seat gets its own microphone delivered at no extra cost.

Yes! Every seat includes a high-precision microphone set at no extra cost. The microphone is shipped to you when you subscribe and remains yours for the duration of your subscription. See "Delivery & Setup" section below for details on shipping and returns.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your next billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for partial billing cycles.

Important: You must return the microphone within 30 days of cancellation in good working condition (see Delivery section for details).

For practices requiring 10+ seats or with special requirements, we offer custom pricing and enterprise solutions. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your microphone ships.

Your Breez DualSense Mic set includes:

  • DualSense microphone system (17g ultralight, one for you, one for the chair)
  • Wireless receiver (USB-C plug-and-play)
  • Charging case (18h total runtime)
  • Quick start guide
  • Welcome card with login credentials

Features: 6h recording per charge, AirMute™ noise suppression, 200m wireless range, <20ms latency.

Step 1: Unbox your microphone and place it on your desk using the included stand

Step 2: Connect the USB-C cable to your computer

Step 3: Windows/Mac will automatically recognize the microphone (no drivers needed)

Step 4: Log in to your Breez account at app.breez-dental.com

Step 5: Click "Test Microphone" in settings to verify it's working

⏱️ Total setup time: ~5 minutes

All microphones come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your microphone:

  • Arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours for free replacement
  • Develops a fault: We'll send a replacement at no cost (warranty period)
  • Accidental damage: Replacement units available for £75

Email bosco@breez-dental.com with photos/description and we'll resolve it quickly.

Yes. The microphone remains Breez property and must be returned within 30 days of cancellation in good working condition.

Return process:

  1. Email us when you cancel - we'll send a prepaid return label
  2. Pack the microphone in its original box (or secure packaging)
  3. Drop off at any Royal Mail location

Important: If not returned within 30 days or returned damaged, a fee of £100 (one month's subscription) will apply.

Using Breez

It's a single button! Here's the workflow:

  1. Before appointment: Open the Breez app and log in
  2. When patient arrives: Click the big green "Start Recording" button
  3. During appointment: Speak naturally as you work - Breez captures everything
  4. After appointment: Click "Stop Recording"
  5. Review notes: AI-generated notes appear in ~20 seconds

That's it! No templates, no navigation, no typing.

Yes! All notes are fully editable. After recording:

  • Review the AI-generated notes
  • Click any section to edit directly
  • Add additional details or corrections
  • Click "Save" when done

Most dentists make minor tweaks (2-3 minutes) vs. 15+ minutes of manual typing.

After reviewing your notes, click the "Export" button and choose:

  • Copy to Clipboard: Paste directly into your PMS
  • Download PDF: Print or attach to patient file
  • Download Text: Plain text format

Navigate to the "History" tab in your dashboard. You can:

  • View all past recordings (organized by date)
  • Search by patient name or date
  • Re-listen to original audio
  • View/edit transcripts and notes
  • Export any past recording

Recordings are stored securely for 10 years for compliance.

Yes! Breez adapts to your documentation style over time:

  • Learns your preferred terminology and phrasing
  • Recognizes patient names you mention frequently
  • Adapts note structure to match your edits
  • Improves accuracy with your accent/pronunciation

Most dentists notice significant improvements after ~10 recordings.

Technical & Security

Yes. Breez is fully compliant with both HIPAA (US) and UK GDPR regulations:

  • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Servers located in UK data centers
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available

All recordings and notes are securely stored for 10 years to meet NHS and UK dental record-keeping requirements.

After 10 years, data is automatically deleted. You can download/export your data at any time before then.

You have 30 days after cancellation to download all your recordings and notes. After 30 days:

  • Access to your account is removed
  • All data is permanently deleted from our servers
  • No recovery is possible after deletion

⚠️ Important: Export all data before cancelling if you need to retain records.

Breez desktop app is available for:

  • Windows: Windows 10 or later
  • Mac: macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later

Note: A desktop or laptop computer is required. Tablets and mobile devices are not currently supported.
